BiographyJenna Rose Geiser (she/they) was born in New York, partially raised in Florida, then returned to New York where she developed a love/hate relationship with snow. She is a disabled, queer, nonbinary narrator with a passion for representing mental health and LGBTQIA+ issues. As an adult who came out later in life, she appreciates the new communities and colleagues she has found which have helped her feel seen and valid.
Once college and graduate school were out of the way (BA and MA English Lit, BA in Spanish), Jenna decided to get to know herself better by pursuing a less-structured life. They took jobs working in everything from agriculture to tax preparation to photography. Along with voiceover, Jenna currently works as a freelance writer and yoga teacher. Between gigs, she watches a delightful amount of animation and raises a very fluffy and grumpy cat named Chester. Among their many hobbies, Jenna’s favorite is dressing up in colorful homemade costumes to attend fan conventions. They have spent many an hour disguised as magical horse, a rebellious princess, and an oddly-colorful spaceship. And she once sang onstage as a queer female war general. She is eager for all the new story ideas she’ll discover as life goes on, and is excited to share all the stories she’s already developed.
